I contacted Dave’s Tech Support when I started to have issues with Bluetooth on my laptop. As part of my research, I was using a headset which relied on a Bluetooth connection. A quick solution was needed! I was able to have a conversation with Dave on the same day when I logged my query. Every attempt was made to sort the issue over the phone, but the issue was tricky and required a face to face meeting. This happened very quickly and the issue was resolved on that visit.
